RETURNS

All products purchased from ELEGANCE can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase (Free of Cost) only if:-

* The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
* The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
*Please note: The article in exchange must be equal to or greater than the price of the originally purchased article. Items must be returned to us in their original condition. 

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery by messaging us on Instagram , Facebook or by contacting us on Whatsapp at 03001400384, in case you want to raise a dispute.

To exchange an article that does not meet any of the above conditions, such as: 
* Did not like the item (fabric, colour or style) 
* ⁠Item did not fit (measurements are according to our size chart) 
* ⁠or any other similar reason 

In this case:
* You must message us within 14 days of order receipt.
* ⁠The article must be shipped back to us by the customer. 
* ⁠The article in exchange will be dispatched within regular delivery timeline once the article is received. 
* ⁠A delivery charge will apply for the exchange article. 
* ⁠The exchange article must be equal or higher in price than the original article purchased. If it’s higher the difference will be added to the total with the delivery charge.  
 
NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON SALE PRODUCTS
NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

* Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
* The product is damaged because of use.
* The product is tampered.
* Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

Refund:

We have no policy for refund, however in case of non-availability of the article, or if the received item is in a flawed condition, a coupon of the same amount will be issued which can be availed online only. However at Elegance, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try our best to be fair to both parties.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order our Exchange Policy will apply and you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.

To cancel a paid order: 

If you placed a paid order and wish to cancel it, it must be done before the order is dispatched from our end. 
The refund will be processed from our end if the above condition is met. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days.
*Elegance reserves this right of cancelling your order for the reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined in payment or the inaccuracy of pricing.

*There will be no return and exchange on sale articles.
